This gigantic Borderless Projection Screen is in a league of its own. Not only is it one of the largest Borderless Projection Screens ever made, but the manufacturing and international shipment to Bali, Indonesia, only took 22 days.

The Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center held the Our Ocean Conference which welcomed more than 700 delegates and 1000 participants from 45 countries across the globe. Delegates and participants included heads of state, government representatives, commercial sectors, financial entities, scientific communities, civil society organizations, young leaders and various stakeholders. This was a large and prestigious crowd, and the venue needed to accommodate this audience educationally and elegantly.

With a space 45 meters wide (147 ft.), Vibanti PTE LTD turned to Stretch Shapes to create a wall-to-wall projection screen to captivate the audience. With ingenuity and creativity on our side, the Stretch Shapes team designed a one-of-a-kind massive Borderless Projection Screen that spanned 45 meters wide and 5 meters high. For maximum visual enhancement and a contemporary appeal, this screen spanned the room’s width to envelope viewership at all angles. This way, anyone in the audience could be immersed in the experience regardless of where they were seated.

To manufacture this gargantuan screen, the screen’s sturdy aluminum frame was made in segments and then buckled together flawlessly and efficiently. The exclusive Blockout Projection Stretch Fabric and Silicon Edge Graphic (SEG) provided a clean, finished look that yielded a wrinkle-free, bright projection screen surface.

Even with a tight timeline, Stretch Shapes found the best shipping method to deliver the product on time despite its global location. From the time we began manufacturing to the day of delivery, our process only took 3 weeks! Custom crates were made to cradle the larger-than-life screen to ensure the product arrived safely as it made its trans-Pacific journey to Bali. With the shipping method in mind, the Stretch Shapes team designed the screen to be light enough for shipping yet durable enough for frequent use. Upon delivery, the Stretch Shapes team was in communication with Vibanti PTE LTD and ready to help guide the installation if the instructions within the crate needed further explanation.

The screens were installed quickly without a hitch, and the conference was a booming success. It is no surprise that the Borderless Projection Screen’s stout yet lightweight construction will be used again and again for future events.
